We collect the data you provide directly through this site's contact form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp:

• Information about your project or request: the area of interest and any description you voluntarily share with us.

GYL Systems does not collect sensitive personal data through this site.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):

Secondary purposes (not essential):

You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, to Object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, send a request to [email protected] or call +52 55 4754 1707, stating: (i) your name and a means of receiving our reply; (ii) documents proving your identity or legal representation; (iii) a clear and precise description of the data concerned; and (iv) any information that helps us locate the data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt and, if applicable, the request will take effect within the following 15 business days.

6. Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

In addition to ARCO rights, you may register with PROFECO's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) if you do not wish to receive telephone advertising.
